Files (Add Files)

Overview

The Add Files section allows administrators to upload and manage various types of media and resource files used throughout the application. These files can be associated with products, categories, pages, and other application content.

Supported file types include:

  • Images
  • Videos
  • 3D Files
  • Documents
  • PDF Files
  • Fonts
  • Animations

Upload Files

To upload a new file:

  1. Navigate to Files → Add Files.
  2. Click the upload area or drag and drop the file.
  3. Select the required file from your device.
  4. Wait for the upload to complete.
  5. Click Submit to save the uploaded file.

Supported File Types

File Type Description
Image Upload images used for products, banners, galleries, and other visual content.
Video Upload video files to be used within the application.
3D Upload supported 3D models for interactive content.
Document Upload documents such as Word files or other supported document formats.
PDF Upload PDF files for brochures, manuals, catalogs, or other downloadable resources.
Font Upload custom fonts for application styling.
Animation Upload animation files used within the application.

Image Requirements

For image uploads, the following size restrictions apply:

Requirement Value
Minimum Image Size 10 × 10 px
Maximum Image Size 4000 × 4000 px

Note:
Image files must be within the supported dimensions to ensure successful upload.

Best Practices

  • Upload high-quality files for the best user experience.
  • Use meaningful file names for easier identification and management.
  • Verify the selected file before uploading.
  • Ensure uploaded files are appropriate for their intended use within the application.

Important:
After selecting or dragging and dropping the required files, click Submit to complete the upload process. Files will not be available in the application until they have been successfully uploaded.
