This release introduces comprehensive Host and Manager flows within the new Meeting Scheduler host and manager flows for VirtuApp, alongsideenabling advanced coordination and availability management. 1. Meeting Scheduler (Host & Manager Flows)

Introduced comprehensivetailored management workflows forto streamline meeting scheduling.coordination and availability control.

  • HostRole-Specific & Manager Implementation:Workflows: AddedBuilt structured flowsuser journeys specifically for Hosts and Managers, allowing managers and hoststhem to coordinate, schedule,approve, and manage meetingsincoming seamlessly.meeting requests without overlapping with standard Guest capabilities.
  • Manager API &Stability: Resolved a critical networking bug where Manager-level operations (such as fetching elevated request lists or overriding slots) were resulting in 400 Bad Request errors due to malformed payload routing.
Host Slot Fixes:Synchronization:
    Resolved bad request errors occurring during manager-level operations. Fixed issuesan relatedissue in the slot handling logic where updating or modifying Host availability slots failed to updatingaccurately andreflect syncingon hostthe timeserver slots.or update the local UI.

    2. BugUI & Interaction Fixes

    • Guest Card Button:Responsiveness: Fixed frontend UI interaction bugs affectingon buttonthe responsivenessGuest andmeeting cards where action buttons (like Cancel or View) suffered from poor hit-testing, delayed interactivity, or failed to display onthe guestcorrect cards.conditional state.
