Product (Product Datasets)

Overview

The Product Datasets section allows users to manage product data by importing and exporting product datasets. Users can export existing product data, upload updated datasets, and manage product information efficiently.

Product Datasets

The Product Datasets page displays all available catalog products along with options to view, export, choose files, import, and delete product datasets. This section helps users manage product information in bulk using dataset files.

Manage Product Datasets

To manage product datasets:

Open the Product Datasets section. Find the required product from the list. Use the available options according to the requirement.

View Product Dataset

Click on the View option for the required product. The available product dataset details will be displayed.

Export Product Dataset

Click on the Export option for the required product. The product dataset will be exported into a file. The exported file can be used for reviewing or updating product information.

Import Product Dataset

To import a product dataset:

Click on the Choose File option. Select the required dataset file from your system. Verify that the selected file is correct. Click on the Import option. The selected dataset file will be uploaded and imported for the respective product.

Note: Always select the correct dataset file before importing. The product data will be updated only after the import process is completed successfully.

Delete Product Dataset

To delete a product dataset:

Click on the Delete option for the required product. Confirm the deletion action. The selected product dataset will be removed.

Product Datasets List

The Product Datasets page contains the following details:

Field Description Title Displays the product name. View Allows users to view available product dataset details. Export Allows users to export the product dataset file. File Provides an option to choose and upload a dataset file from the system. Import Allows users to import the selected product dataset file. Delete Allows users to delete the product dataset.

Available Actions

Search: Allows users to search for a specific product. Show Entries: Allows users to select the number of records displayed in the list. View: Allows users to check product dataset details. Choose File: Allows users to select the required dataset file from the system. Export: Downloads the existing product dataset file. Import: Uploads and applies the selected dataset file for the product. Delete: Removes the selected product dataset.
