Order (Stock Report)

Overview

The Stock Report section provides a centralized view of the inventory available for accessible packages. It helps administrators monitor product stock levels, package information, vendor details, and pricing from a single location.

This report is useful for tracking inventory availability and managing stock efficiently.

Stock Report

Navigate to Modules → Stock Report to view the current inventory details.

The report displays all accessible packages along with their associated product and stock information.

Stock Details

The report contains the following information:

Column Description Product Displays the name of the product. Package Displays the associated package. Vendor Shows the vendor assigned to the package. Price Displays the package price. Stock Shows the current available stock quantity.

Search Stock

Use the Search field to quickly find a specific product, package, or vendor.

The Show Entries option allows administrators to control the number of records displayed on a single page.

Manage Stock Report

Administrators can:

    View available product stock. Monitor package inventory. Check vendor information. Review package pricing. Search for specific stock records.

    If no inventory data is available, the system displays:

    No data available in table.

    Best Practices

      Regularly monitor stock availability. Review stock levels to avoid inventory shortages. Verify vendor and package information before updating inventory. Use the Search option to quickly locate specific products or packages.

      Important:
      The Stock Report displays inventory information only for accessible packages. If no stock records are available, the report will display "No data available in table."
