Order (Order Report)

Overview

The Orders Report section provides a summarized view of customer orders for a selected date range. It helps administrators analyze order activity, package quantities, and total sales within a specific period.

Generate Orders Report

To generate an order report:

    Select the required Date Range. Choose the appropriate order status (e.g., All, Payment Success, Payment Failed, or Payment Cash). The system automatically displays the report based on the selected filters.

    Report Summary

    The report displays the following summary information:

    Metric Description Total Orders Displays the total number of orders for the selected period. Total Packages Quantity Shows the total quantity of packages ordered. Total Amount Displays the total value of all orders.

    Packages Detail

    The Packages Detail section displays package-wise order information for the selected report.

    Administrators can:

      View ordered packages. Analyze package quantities. Review package sales within the selected date range.

      If no package data is available, the system displays:

      No Packages to show.

      Best Practices

        Select the appropriate Date Range before reviewing reports. Use payment status filters to analyze specific order types. Monitor package sales to identify popular products. Review reports regularly to track business performance.

        Important:
        The Orders Report displays data only for the selected Date Range and applied filters. If no orders are available, all summary values will remain 0, and the Packages Detail section will display "No Packages to show."
