My App Settings

The Content section allows administrators to configure the content displayed within the application. Here, you can assign a form that has already been created in the Modules section.

Forms

The Forms option is used to select an existing form and link it to the application.

Field Description Forms Select a form from the list of forms that have been created in the Modules section.

How to Assign a Form

Navigate to My App Settings → Content. Under Forms, open the dropdown list. Select the required form that was previously created in Modules. Click Submit to save the selected form.

Note:
Only forms that have already been created in the Modules section will be available for selection.

Important:
After selecting a form, click Submit to associate it with the application.
