Anaytics (Report)

Overview

The Analytics Reports section provides administrators with insights into application data by generating reports based on selected filters. Reports can be used to analyze application activity for a specific time period and report type.

Generate a Report

To generate a report:

    Navigate to Modules → Analytics → Reports. Select the required Report type. Choose the Date Range. Select the required Key (if applicable). The report data will be displayed automatically based on the selected filters.

    Report Filters

    Field Description Report For Select the type of report you want to generate. Date Range Select the start and end dates for the report. Keys Select the required key or parameter for the selected report type, if available.

    Report Results

    After applying the filters, the report displays the available analytics data for the selected criteria.

    If no records are available, the following message will be displayed:

    No data available

    This indicates that no analytics data exists for the selected report type, date range, or key.

    Best Practices

      Select the appropriate Report type before choosing other filters. Use the correct Date Range to retrieve accurate analytics data. Verify that data exists for the selected period if the report displays No data available.

      Important:
      Reports are generated based on the selected filters and the analytics data available within the system.
