We've also packed this release with important fixes—making buttons more responsive, ensuring your schedule saves correctly, and fixing a bug so areas on the 3D map show up exactly as they should.

Feature Details & Fixes

1. Meeting Scheduler (Host & Manager Tools)

We've introduced a personalized experience depending on your role. Hosts and Managers now have their own set of tools to organize their time, without cluttering the screen for regular Guests.

How to use the new Host/Manager features:

Open the app and navigate to the Connect screen.
The app will automatically detect your role. If you are a Host or Manager, you will see a new "My Availability" button at the top.
Tap "My Availability" to open your scheduling dashboard.
From here, you can easily add new time slots, edit existing ones, or pause your schedule to review incoming requests. (Regular Guests will not see this menu and will jump straight to booking).

Behind-the-scenes improvements:

No More Errors: We fixed a frustrating bug that caused an error screen when Managers tried to approve requests or change settings.
Perfect Syncing: When a Host changes their available time, the app now perfectly syncs that change so it updates instantly for everyone else.

2. Bug Fixes & A Smoother Experience

Better Button Taps: We noticed the buttons on meeting cards (like Cancel or View) were sometimes ignoring your taps or taking a second to react. We've made these buttons much more responsive and easier to press.
Visible Map Zones: We resolved an issue on the 3D map where designated shapes, zones, or marked areas were completely invisible. Everything will now render on your map exactly as intended.
