Scheduler (Active Scheduler)
Overview
The Active Schedulers section displays all schedulers that are currently enabled and running in the application. Active schedulers automatically execute their configured tasks based on the defined schedule and perform the assigned actions without manual intervention.
This section helps administrators monitor all active scheduled jobs and track their execution status.
Active Schedulers
Only schedulers with an Active status are listed in this section.
Scheduler Details
Each active scheduler contains the following information:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | Unique identifier of the scheduler. |
| Schedule | Displays the configured execution date, time, or schedule. |
| Type | Indicates the type of scheduler task. |
| Item | Displays the associated module or content. |
| Action | Shows the action performed by the scheduler. |
| Log Count | Displays the total number of execution logs generated by the scheduler. |
Search Active Schedulers
The Search field allows administrators to quickly locate a specific scheduler.
The Show Entries option controls the number of scheduler records displayed on a single page.
Manage Active Schedulers
Administrators can:
- View all active schedulers.
- Monitor scheduled tasks.
- Review scheduler execution details.
- Check the execution log count.
- Verify that scheduled actions are running successfully.
Best Practices
- Regularly monitor active schedulers to ensure scheduled tasks execute on time.
- Review the Log Count to confirm successful scheduler executions.
- Keep only the required schedulers active.
- Verify scheduler configurations after making any updates.
Important:
Only Active Schedulers are executed by the system according to their configured schedule. Every successful execution generates a log entry, which can be viewed in the Scheduler Log section. If no active schedulers are configured, the page will display "No data available in table."
