Order (Order Settings)
Overview
The Order Settings section allows administrators to configure the complete ordering experience on the Kiosk. It includes receipt customization, cart button settings, user profile configuration, dynamic cart behavior, order configuration, and payment modes. These settings help customize how customers place orders and complete payments.
Order Receipt
The Order Receipt section controls the layout and appearance of the receipt displayed after an order is placed. Administrators can configure what information appears on the receipt, including product details, package details, and item information.
Available Settings

Print Receipt Button
The Print Receipt Button allows administrators to customize the receipt confirmation screen shown after an order is placed.

Header Text
The Header Text is displayed at the top of the receipt. Administrators can enable or disable it and customize its size and color.

Card Color
Defines the background color of the receipt card displayed on the Kiosk.
Card Border
Defines the border color of the receipt card.
Product Cart Button
The Product Cart Button controls how the cart button appears while customers browse products.

Add to Cart
The Add to Cart text is displayed when a customer adds a product to the shopping cart. This text can be customized according to business requirements.
Remove from Cart
The Remove from Cart text is displayed when a product is removed from the shopping cart. Administrators can modify this label as required.
User Profile
The User Profile section allows administrators to choose which customer information should be collected before placing an order.
Supported fields include:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Address
- Custom Profile Fields
These details help identify customers and process orders efficiently.
Dynamic Cart Button
The Dynamic Cart Button allows administrators to customize the text displayed on the cart button.
Available options include:

Order Configuration
The Order Configuration section contains additional ordering options.

- Package Code

Payment Mode
The application supports two order modes:
Kiosk
The Kiosk mode allows customers to place and pay for their orders directly through the Kiosk.
Features
- Supports Pay Online.
- Customers can complete payments directly on the Kiosk.
- A receipt can be printed after successful payment.
- The receipt indicates that the payment has been completed successfully.
Offline
The Offline mode supports Cash on Counter / Cash on Delivery.
Features
- Customers can place orders without making an online payment.
- Payment is collected at the billing counter.
- A receipt is generated after placing the order.
- The receipt clearly displays whether the payment is Pending, Paid Online, or Cash on Counter, making it easy for staff to verify the payment status.

Important:
The application supports both Kiosk (Pay Online) and Offline (Cash on Counter) ordering modes. Customers can either complete payment directly through the Kiosk or pay at the billing counter. The printed receipt clearly indicates the payment status, helping staff verify whether the payment is Pending, Paid Online, or Cash on Counter. After making any changes, click the Submit button to save the configuration.
