# Anaytics (Report)

# Overview

The **Analytics Reports** section provides administrators with insights into application data by generating reports based on selected filters. Reports can be used to analyze application activity for a specific time period and report type.

# Generate a Report

To generate a report:

1. Navigate to **Modules → Analytics → Reports**.
2. Select the required **Report** type.
3. Choose the **Date Range**.
4. Select the required **Key** (if applicable).
5. The report data will be displayed automatically based on the selected filters.

## Report Filters

| Field | Description |
|-------|-------------|
| **Report For** | Select the type of report you want to generate. |
| **Date Range** | Select the start and end dates for the report. |
| **Keys** | Select the required key or parameter for the selected report type, if available. |

## Report Results

After applying the filters, the report displays the available analytics data for the selected criteria.

If no records are available, the following message will be displayed:

> **No data available**

This indicates that no analytics data exists for the selected report type, date range, or key.

## Best Practices

- Select the appropriate **Report** type before choosing other filters.
- Use the correct **Date Range** to retrieve accurate analytics data.
- Verify that data exists for the selected period if the report displays **No data available**.
