Anaytics (Report)
Overview
The Analytics Reports section provides administrators with insights into application data by generating reports based on selected filters. Reports can be used to analyze application activity for a specific time period and report type.
Generate a Report
To generate a report:
Report Filters
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Report For | Select the type of report you want to generate. |
| Date Range | Select the start and end dates for the report. |
| Keys | Select the required key or parameter for the selected report type, if available. |
Report Results
After applying the filters, the report displays the available analytics data for the selected criteria.
If no records are available, the following message will be displayed:
No data available
This indicates that no analytics data exists for the selected report type, date range, or key.
Best Practices
- Select the appropriate Report type before choosing other filters.
- Use the correct Date Range to retrieve accurate analytics data.
- Verify that data exists for the selected period if the report displays No data available.
Important:
Reports are generated based on the selected filters and the analytics data available within the system.
